A creamy dreamy yogurt peach pie
Ingredients: 1 T unflavored gelatin 3 T water 1/2 c milk 2 eggs 1/4 c light brown sugar - packed firmly 2 - 8 oz cartons peach yogurt 3 crushed Munch peanut bars 1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust whipping cream (op)
Directions: In saucepan add: Gelatin and water. Let sit 3 minutes add milk and warm over low heat. Stir occasionally until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
In bowl mix : Eggs with beater until thick and lemon colored. Gradually mix in brown sugar and continue beating until thick. Stir in gelatin mixture, yogurt and crushed candy. Chill 30 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour into pie crust. Freeze until firm. Let sit 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
May top with whipped cream and fresh or canned peaches (op)
