Peach Cobbler
Quick and yummy peach cobbler
Ingredients: Crumb Topping: 1 box Duncan Hines wild blueberry muffin mix 1/4 c sugar or (sucanat opt) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 6 T butter 1/2 c chopped pecans
Pie Filling Mixture: 2 c peach pie filling 1/2 c sugar or (sucanat opt) 1 tsp cinnamon 3 tsp almond extract
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Crumb Topping In a bowl add dry muffin mix, sucanat or sugar, cinnamon, slice butter in pieces and add to pie filling mixture and stir in nuts.
Pie Filling Mixture In a 9 x 13 inch pan, add pie filling, sucanat or sugar, cinnamon and almond extract. Spoon the crumb topping over peaches. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream (optional)
