Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 - 1/4 c sugar or (sucanat opt)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
4 c very ripe peeled and crushed peaches
1 qt half and half
1-1/2 qt low fat milk

Directions:
In bowl:
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sucanat or sugar, salt, vanilla, almond extract, peaches, half & half and milk. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze following instructions on ice cream maker.
