Ingredients:
2 T frozen orange juice concentrate
2-1/2 c mashed peaches (peeled and sweet)
3 tsp pectin

Directions:
Mix peaches and juice concentrate. Stir in pectin and let sit 30 minutes. Vigorously stir mixture 3 times. May serve fresh or freeze to retain fresh taste.
