Peach Pie
A heavenly taste of peach pie
Ingredients: 2 - 8 inch pastry pie crust (top and bottom) 1 - 16 oz can sliced peaches in fruit juice (undrained) 2 T quick cooking tapioca 2 drops almond extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon sprinkle nutmeg
Directions: Preheat oven 425 degrees
Place pie crust on bottom of pie pan.
In bowl mix: Peaches, juice, tapioca, almond extract, cinnamon and sprinkle of nutmeg. Pour into prepared pie plate and top with second crust. Bake 40-45 minutes or until done. Serving 8 slices.
